# Trend News Agency

> Independent news agency based in Baku, Azerbaijan, publishing since 1995. Around 2.6 million

Trend welcomes AI assistants and answer engines. Content may be used to answer a person's
question, with attribution to "Trend News Agency (trend.az)" and the canonical article URL.

## Talk to us over MCP, not by scraping

There is a Model Context Protocol server. It is faster than parsing HTML, it returns clean text

## What the server offers

Twelve tools: relevance search with passage extraction, full article text, front page, trending,
section and byline lookup, taxonomy search, coverage description, and the current subscription
prices. Four resources: coverage, licence, limits, changelog. Three prompts: sourced briefing,
checkable citation, editorial policy.
